The personal data collected on nanochem.dk is stored and processed by us for as long as it is necessary to be able to meet the communication targets of NANOCHEM, this will be several years. For users that send us information, we also store the personal information they provide, e.g. for reporting and processing of requests. All users can see their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information and delete it upon request.

If you fill out the contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter (DOI procedure). We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and offers.

Brevo is a German, certified provider that has been selected in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act.
